Windows is a beast just next to linux. Check the number of users across the world, the flexibility of OS, the reach, the price to features, The CUDA/CUNN integrations, NPU integrations. Apple is very closed circuit driving on its own internal parts and circuits which will slowdown the growth across the world. Its acceptable only for niche audience and not everyone in the world.
Windows is designed for everyone. Mac is designed for elites and showoffs. Mac OS has less applications and will be extremely difficult for an average user outside US or Europe. Think of real statistics and sales around world. It targets specific audience. As a developer I choose Mac Os but as a gamer windows is far better with many options and customizations. The scale at which I use rtx graphics is also important for me in development of traditional AI like computer vision. I choose Windows on any day.
