Sachin played 1992-2011 all world cups, he crossed 400 mark in 3 of the world cups, and other two cups he did not absolutely fail he just did not exceed expectations. Check the stats in comparison to Kohli, normal average and strike rate. In world cups Sachin did 1.27X (56.95 average to 44.83) of his own average and punched above his natural average, and exceeded many other players, while Kohli averaged almost the same (59 in both) as his normal cricket in eras of batting friendliness. If you compare the times both played, the discussion is next level. Performing in every WC is not a joke and doing it from 6 cups is absolute beast. He ended the last WC scoring 2nd highest runs. Comparing eras was already discussed by few others. In ODIs there is atleast a comparison but for Tests, Sachin is far far ahead in terms of technique, and never averaged below 40 anywhere around the world.
@aksh1111 Even my ex colleague lost his job from a middle management role at oracle. What he told me stunned, they are pushing the remaining of the staff to develop agents and most of them have never studied core traditional AI, everyone is focused on agents ignoring most of the other AI engineering dont require burning money on agents.
In a typical Indian office, a "stress-free" setup usually means a chill boss and regular chai breaks. While complete peace is rare, good vibes and team bonding makes the daily grind feel much lighter.
I have seen many people around me using gen ai for everything. There are 3 problems firstly people burn tokens for unnecessary things, secondly people trust too much on AI for medication, legal suggestions etc. need to go to human SMEs and lastly intellectually the algo breaking minds are not going to be vast in future, only a few people will be trained to think on complex scale. My grand father calculated multiplication of 3 and 4 digits easily in mind and my father was good but not that great. I am good not not as good as my father, why because of calculators and tools. Sharp minds to blunt minds is the near future until, education style changes drastically.
While fears of an AI induced economic depression are widespread, recent data indicates a workforce transition, not a crisis. According to World Economic Forum projections, while AI may displace 92 million jobs globally by 2030, it is expected to create 170 million new roles. Technology primarily automates specific tasks rather than eliminating entire professions. With strategic upskilling, we are experiencing progress, not panic.
