I don't think there really is a stress free environment, we can only see low stress environment or high stress and its not binary answer at all. High performance and high potential teams always have high stress, its up to the employee whether they want to manage and continue or choose a better balance in life. Also if the stress is due to work, its fine for me but if its due to behavior of people it will be extremely difficult to cope with. So the answer in short is it depends on the kind of stress and stress can never be 0 or stress free. Check many reviews of work places on glassdoor or ambitionbox you will know cause of stress, it can be people, work, pay, time etc. Adding source links for the same as justification.
The K-curve says it all. Stock markets are booming, AI companies are printing money, and investors are celebrating. Meanwhile regular people are getting laid off, salaries are stagnating, and nobody's hiring. Two economies running side by side one thriving, one dying. That's not progress. That's the exact wealth gap that broke the world in 1929. Only this time the rich have algorithms doing the damage for them.
Technical expertise has a longer shelf-life than management frameworks. AI replaces "coordination" faster than complex problem-solving. Engineers build the products that MBAs only learn to sell. An engineer can get an MBA, but MBAs cannot pivot to engineering easily.
AI is making us smarter by acting as a powerful cognitive force multiplier. By letting it handle "mental busywork" like basic coding or drafting emails, we gain more time for high-level strategy and creativity. This isn't laziness; it’s a knowledge shortcut that lets us focus on the hard parts of any project. Just like calculators didn't destroy math but enabled bigger engineering feats, AI provides a sophisticated baseline for human innovation. It is like having a super-smart assistant that handles the small stuff so we can tackle much more complex problems than we ever could alone. We aren't losing our grit; we are becoming an augmented species that bridges the gap between raw ideas and polished execution.
Sachin is way ahead of his time, think of his centuries in SENA countries by 22. He scored in perth and SCG by age of 19 who dares to do that. Started with no helmet era and ended with batting friendly era.
